I have arrived at the cafe "K.D.Cafe" located at 5611-26 Kasaoka, Kasaoka City, Okayama Prefecture.
It has a stylish and cool exterior.
K.D.Cafe is located along National Route 2. From the Okayama direction, it is on the opposite side of the direction of travel, and this sign is a landmark.
In the same premises, there is also a model house displayed by Kato Construction.
Surrounding the building and at the entrance is a garden that has been carefully tended by Kato Construction's president and all the employees.
A Quiet and Relaxing Interior for Adults. The Modern Furniture is Wonderful
Let's enter the interior of K.D.Cafe right away. The first floor is the cafe, and the second floor is Kato Construction's design office.
The entrance is decorated with photos of former Hollywood stars, creating an atmosphere like an adult hideaway.
The interior of K.D.Cafe has a nostalgic feel. It seems that many men and elderly customers now use it.
The lighting is subdued, creating a lovely calm atmosphere. The interior felt much larger than it appears from the outside.
The design and layout of the interior are all handled by Kato Construction. The concept is "Fusion of Mid-Century Modern and Japanese Style".
Mid-century modern refers to furniture design that was popular from the 1940s to the 1960s.
The use of curves and the pop colors of the furniture strangely match the calm Japanese style.

The crispy bread is from Pan & Cafe Assiette, also located in Kasaoka City.

Whole Seasonal White Peach! Adorable Visual "Peach Parfait"
This is also a very popular seasonal limited "Peach Parfait" (a parfait limited to late July during the interview).
It contains two white peaches from Okayama Prefecture, and the price is 1,000 yen (excluding tax)!
The tall parfait glass with the round shape of the peaches is an adorable parfait.
Inside the parfait glass, there are white peaches, ice cream, whipped cream, yellow peaches (in syrup), and peach syrup, making it very satisfying.
So many Okayama white peaches! You can taste white peach in every bite.
With the moderately soft flesh, the juicy aroma of white peach spreads in your mouth... you feel happiness with every bite.
Seasonal parfaits change with the seasons, starting with strawberry parfaits in February, peach parfaits in May, and grape parfaits in summer.
