But wait! They were selling spoons and forks made from bamboo.
This is the booth of the Bamboo Craft Club.
Mabi, Kurashiki City is the largest bamboo shoot production area in Okayama Prefecture.
Speaking of bamboo shoots, it’s all about bamboo.
I discovered local specialties from Mabi at the Ohisama Marche.
There were also bamboo toys for children to play with.
Upon closer inspection, I found bamboo spinning tops that ignite the playful spirit in adults.
I couldn't help but buy one and tried flying the bamboo spinning top.
The bamboo spinning top flying in the sky reminded me of my carefree childhood.
Discover Cute Tableware and Goods at Kanto
I found a booth lined with small items like plates and chopstick rests.
As I was looking, the lovely owner of Kanto came over to talk to me.
The owner selects and sells tableware and goods.
There is no physical store, and purchases can only be made through online shopping.
This was actually their first time setting up a booth.
In particular, the chopstick rests come in various shapes and colors.
I found myself hesitating, thinking, "They are all so cute!" Just looking at them makes my heart race.
Just adding them to the dining table would make meals more enjoyable.
Interaction Between Dogs and People at Peace Wanko Japan Okayama Adoption Center
I discovered a booth where many people were gathered.
This is the adoption event of Peace Wanko Japan Okayama Adoption Center, which connects dogs and people.
The staff teaches how to pet and stroke the dogs.
I quietly moved closer so as not to startle the dogs with loud noises.
I made eye contact with the camera!

Hearty Fried Chicken Shop Hone-nuki
The aroma of freshly fried meat wafts from the fried chicken shop Hone-nuki.
As I watched, the energetic owner called out to me.
They usually sell from a food truck in Hayashi, Kurashiki City.
You can enjoy fried chicken, fried chicken bowls, and croquettes.
Among them, the fried chicken menu is extensive.
I ordered fried chicken for lunch.
This is freshly fried chicken.
It is hearty and crispy on the outside. The flavor of the fried chicken fills my mouth.
I later learned that you can also change the seasoning to curry flavor.
Curry flavor sounds interesting. I think I will try it next time.
