The personality, Asuka Abe, visits elementary schools in Kurashiki City to interview children who talk about the charm of their schools and school districts, as well as their big dreams. Through the genuine voices of the children, we can once again feel the charm of the community.

They share their exciting future dreams and express gratitude to their families who are always with them... We will also present heartwarming interviews that will surely touch the hearts of adults.

This time, the visited school is Kurashiki Minami Elementary School, which will celebrate its 17th anniversary in 2025, making it a new school.

The first to introduce the school is Sota Tasaki. His clear speech was reminiscent of a professional announcer.

Tasaki first introduced the goal of Kurashiki Minami Elementary School, which is "A Rich and Resilient Kurashiki Minami Elementary School". This goal is posted on a terrace visible from the playground, designed to catch the children's attention.

To achieve this goal, initiatives such as the "Friendly Happy Week," which values people, and the "Like Card," which can be earned by those who greet others loudly, are being implemented.

Kurashiki Minami Elementary School has a short history of 17 years since its opening, and one of its attractions is its spacious hallways and barrier-free facilities like elevators. Tasaki mentioned that his favorite aspect of the school is that the building is clean and new.

1. Friendly Interactions with Local People

The first to present was Wakana Nakamura. Let's hear the pride ranking of the school district.

In third place is the abundance of delicious food places. She mentioned newly opened Japanese restaurants and delicious meat shops.

In second place is the variety of animals in the rivers and fields. The rich nature of the school district also serves as a resting place for animals.

And the top pride is that local people actively greet and converse with us. For Nakamura, who loves communication, the fact that local people treat her like friends is her greatest pride. The warmth of the community's interactions is evident.

2. Children's Cafeteria that Fulfills Both Body and Mind

Next to present was Rimi Ohashi.

Ohashi's third place is the local people greet us and watch over us.
She mentioned that the adults who greet her in the school district are all familiar faces. Ohashi loves the wonderful smiles of the local people.

In second place is Mt. Adaka, which is located a little away from the school.
In particular, the cherry blossoms that bloom in spring are very beautiful, and many children visit every year.

And the top pride is that there is a children's cafeteria called "Minami-nchi".

In third place is the clarity of the place names. For example, Nishitomi and Higashitomi, which are easy to understand just by hearing them.

And the top pride is that there are many parks. In particular, Higashitomi Park, which is right next to the school, is Gonda's recommended spot. He explained that it is well-equipped with playground equipment and is very active as a playground for children after school.
