About the “Kurashiki City Reunion Support Subsidy”
By promoting interaction among young alumni, we aim to create opportunities for young people to meet, increase interest in marriage, and encourage U-turns and settlement by subsidizing part of the costs for holding reunions.
Eligible Expenses
Expenses for holding reunions of elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, special support schools, universities, and vocational schools located (or that were located) in Kurashiki City.
Reunions held by class, grade, or club activities are eligible, while reunions held by the entire school for all graduates are not eligible.
Eligibility Requirements
- Reunions with at least the following number of participants who are aged between 23 and 35 years old as of the end of the 2026 fiscal year (March 31):
- If there are 100 or more alumni: at least 20 participants
- If there are fewer than 100 alumni: at least 10 participants
- Must be held at restaurants, hotels, or inns within the city.
- The total expenses must exceed the amount of the subsidy granted.
- All participants must be able to individually cooperate with a survey.
Alumni
Number of individuals belonging to the unit of the reunion, such as class, grade, or club activities.
Subsidy Amount
1,000 yen per participant aged between 23 and 35 years old as of the end of the 2026 fiscal year.
Maximum subsidy for one reunion: 50,000 yen.
Application Deadline
March 12, 2027 (Friday)
Even before the application deadline, if the total subsidy amount reaches the budget limit, the subsidies for the 2026 fiscal year will end.
Application Process
- Submit the “Implementation Plan” by 7 days before the event.
- Submit the “Application and Report Form” within 30 days after the event.
- Subsidy approval and payment
※The subsidy will be granted to the applicant in a lump sum.
