It is Enjaya LLC.
It operates the rental space Station Lounge ADORIBA (ADORIBA) inside JR Soja Station, and plans and holds various events, including market events at Sesshu Birthplace Park.
It also operates Soja Cross Point (CROSS POINT), a rental space with a railway diorama right in front of JR Soja Station, where everyone from young children to adult railway fans can have fun.
It also works on projects such as making use of vacant properties.

Enjaya is a community development company in Soja City.
It was established in 2020 by a group of volunteers living in Soja City.
It undertakes projects related to community development in Soja City from a variety of perspectives, covering both physical and non-physical aspects.
Its physical projects include the rental space Station Lounge ADORIBA (ADORIBA) inside JR Soja Station and Soja Cross Point, a rental space with a railway diorama in front of JR Soja Station.
It also plans and holds various events as part of its non-physical projects.
Rental space “Station Lounge ADORIBA (ADORIBA)”
Station Lounge ADORIBA (ADORIBA) is a rental space that uses the Ibara Line stationmaster’s office at JR Soja Station.
The unused stationmaster’s office was put to good use, renovated into a rental space, and opened in September 2022.
The stationmaster’s office is about 13 square meters and is equipped with a commercial refrigerator and sink.
It also has power outlets and Wi-Fi.
Examples of uses include pop-up shops selling items such as bento, as well as meetings, computer work, and small-group lessons and classes.
In the future, it plans to obtain a permit to operate as a cafe, making it possible to run a coffee stand and similar businesses.

Event planning
Enjaya undertakes not only physical projects such as Cross Point and ADORIBA, but also non-physical projects such as planning and holding events.
One of the signature events planned by Enjaya is held at Sesshu Birthplace Park in Akahama, Soja City.
It holds fun events at the park, including markets, concerts, kite-flying competitions, and evening picnics.
It has also held tours visiting kofun, taking advantage of Soja’s many ancient burial mounds.
Soja Cross Point
The following information was gathered in 2023, when it was operating as a railway gallery.
Since February 2025, it has been renovated into a rental space with a railway diorama, and its offerings have changed.

Soja Cross Point (CROSS POINT) is a railway gallery operated by Enjaya (since February 2025, a rental space with a railway diorama).
It opened in 2020.
It is located right in front of JR Soja Station (on the east side).
It is on the second floor of the building directly in front of you as you exit the east entrance of JR Soja Station.
A landmark is the presence on the first floor of Kissa “Konon,” the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic “Itsutsunoki,” and the pizza restaurant “PIZZA VERY’S.”
There is a staircase on the north side of the building leading up to the second floor.
The walls along the stairs are covered with many valuable railway photographs and station name signs that look historic, so be sure to check them out.
Cross Point has the following areas:
- Plarail
- Model railways
- Railway-related goods display
- Sale of railway-related goods and Cross Point original merchandise

Plarail Corner
At the Plarail Corner, you can play by running Plarail trains on the tracks.
The track layout is large, and there is a wide variety of trains, from passenger and freight trains to Shinkansen bullet trains.
Young children are sure to be thrilled and get so absorbed that they lose track of time.
It is said to be very popular with visitors who come with children.
Playing with Plarail is free, and no reservation is required.
Model Railway Corner
The model railway (diorama) corner is a must-see for railway enthusiasts known as “model railway fans.”
Two types of model railway are on display: N gauge and HO gauge.
The station buildings and scenery along the tracks are realistic, making it enjoyable just to look at.
Valuable model trains are also on display in the cases along the wall, so be sure to take a look.
At the model railway corner, you can actually run trains for one hour.
You can also bring your own trains to run.
There is a fee to use the facility.
Groups can also rent it exclusively, but please make a reservation by the day before.
Railway Memorabilia Display Corner
The railway memorabilia display corner takes up about half of the indoor space.
A wide range of rare items are on display, making this a must-see for railway fans.
Some of the items on display include:
- Model trains
- Uniforms
- Tickets
- Work documents
- Work equipment
- Railway magazines
A great many copies of the magazine Railway Fan are on display.
Some are extremely rare, including the first issue and early editions.
Uniforms and work-related items actually used by railway companies are also on display.
I used to work for a railway, and I spotted tools used on the job, such as signal lamps, lanterns, tablets, and watches, as well as documents including train operation bulletins, timetables, diagrams, and railway regulations.
It brought back a strong sense of nostalgia, as well as memories of a busy era.
Railway and Original Merchandise Corner
Cross Point displays some railway merchandise and Cross Point original merchandise.
The railway merchandise on display includes actual railway company uniforms, commemorative tickets, and commemorative stickers.
