FLCB is located at 2 Chome, Chuo, Soja City, on the north side of Soja City Hall.
It is a two-story building along the station front street.
About 50 meters to the east is "Tsukesoba-ya Yamaimo".

In fact, this building was originally a branch of a company.
However, the company withdrew, leaving the property vacant.
The property was renovated after the company's withdrawal.
It has been reborn as a multipurpose facility and community facility for the region, operated by local doctor Asano Tadasi.
The concept of FLCB is to enjoy and rejoice in life.

Facility Overview
The first floor of FLCB is a share space and share kitchen.
It features a spacious floor of about 145 square meters, with the south side made of glass.
It is characterized by a bright and open atmosphere.
It can be used for various events and projects.
To use it, please inquire in advance and make a reservation.
The share space is open for free on weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM when there are no reservations.
During these hours, you can come and go freely and use the space.
The floor has tables and sofa seating, with some areas equipped with power outlets.
Free Wi-Fi is also available, making it possible to study or work.
It's also fine to just take a break.
You can use it to eat bento, chat, and spend time in various ways.
The second floor has rental meeting rooms and an online room.
The rental meeting room can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with various equipment and facilities necessary for meetings, such as monitors and whiteboards.
The online room can accommodate up to 3 people.
It is recommended when you want to concentrate on studying or working.
Both the rental meeting room and the online room require reservations to use.
Additionally, there are three rental office rooms on the second floor.
As of July 2024, all are under contract.
