History of Miyahara Florist
Miyahara Florist was established in 1968 in Mizushima.
The previous generation, who lived through the period of rapid economic growth, thought, "A time will come when people will seek spiritual richness," and learned the art of flower arrangement from scratch, delivering flowers while pushing a cart with their spouse.
While selling flowers, they also opened a flower arrangement class.
However, they thought that there would come a time when selling flowers and running their own class would conflict, so they decided to scale back on teaching.
Currently, the shop is managed by the second-generation president, Miyahara Kazuo.
In addition to flower arrangements, they handle a wide variety of products including cut flowers, potted plants, dried flowers, and herbariums.
They also offer various services from creating and selling flower-related novelty goods to venue decoration and floral arrangements.
The classes have transformed from flower arrangement to herbarium and flower arrangement workshops.
In 2019, it was perceived that "Miyahara Florist" only dealt with fresh flowers, so while keeping the shop name, the company name was changed to Miyahara Co., Ltd.
