I have tried the sweet potato menus filled with the unique touches of each restaurant.

Get prizes based on the number of collected stamps
For the stamp rally, you can get 1 stamp for every 100 yen (including tax) spent on sweet potato menu items at participating restaurants.
The stamp cards are distributed at the following locations:

Once you collect the required number of stamps, you can exchange them for original notepads or original clear files.
Please present your stamp card at the Yakage Visitor Center to redeem.

The reception hours at the Yakage Visitor Center are from 9 AM to 5 PM.
From December 30 to January 2, the Yakage Visitor Center will be closed.

Limited Gacha (Yakage Visitor Center)
A limited gacha is set up at the Yakage Visitor Center, and you can spin it for 200 yen each time.

Among the restaurant menus, there are items suitable for eating on the go, such as "gelato" and "sweet potato latte," as well as hearty options like "pudding à la mode" and "sweet potato set meal."
Some restaurants may have a limited number of servings available each day, so please be cautious.
As a resident of Yakage Town, the author has been visiting many restaurants by making reservations and changing dates. Before holidays, I feel excited thinking, "Shall I go eat at XX?"

Here are three of the menus I tried.
Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée (Shokukoubou Tuo)
At "Shokukoubou Tuo," located about a 5-minute drive west of Yakage Shopping Street, you can enjoy "Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée."
- Price: 800 yen (including tax)
- Available: 5 servings per day
The "Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée" can also be ordered as a single item. However, since I thought, "They only serve 5 a day," and "I also want to try the lunch at Shokukoubou Tuo," I made a reservation before going.
Both the daily lunch I chose and the sweet potato crème brûlée were very delicious.
The rich sweet potato paste under the burnt caramel, along with the vanilla ice cream, steamed sweet potato, and caramel nuts, were a perfect match.
Yakage Daimyo Sweet Potato Kintsuba (Okashi-dokoro Seihouan)
The author has a strong memory of eating hard kintsuba and did not have a good impression of it.
I chose kintsuba because "my colleagues said they wanted to eat kintsuba," "kintsuba is often seen as universally appealing on TV, magazines, and social media," and "Okashi-dokoro Seihouan is known for delicious kintsuba," so I decided to try it.
Upon tasting it, the careful straining of the sweet potato and the softness of the skin combined to create a smooth texture that was delightful. It felt like I was eating sweet potatoes.
This is a menu that even the author, who was not fond of kintsuba, can recommend.

Almost Real!? Sweet Potato Bread (Samurai ga Koisuru Panya)
At Samurai ga Koisuru Panya, which specializes in "premium" shokupan (Japanese bread), I purchased sweet potato bread as a treat for myself.
The "Almost Real!? Sweet Potato Bread" is said to be a type of bear bread that originated in Korea.
It is palm-sized. When I tried it, I found that sweet potato was kneaded into the dough. The sweet potato filling inside was packed tightly, making it a must-try for sweet potato lovers.

The chewy texture reminiscent of premium shokupan and the rich sweet potato filling were extremely delicious.
Conclusion
If you look closely at the stamps given at each restaurant, you will see numbers on them. These numbers correspond to the numbers in front of the restaurant names in the pamphlet. In the following diagram, 3 is "Okashi-dokoro Seihouan," 5 is "Samurai ga Koisuru Panya," 21 is "Yakage Inn & Suites," and 14 is "Nama Crepe tabi."
There is still time, so I would like to eat more.
