Overview of Atelier Kosuzu
Atelier Kosuzu, based in Soja City, Okayama Prefecture, opened on May 1, 2026. It is located on the second floor, up a gently curving outdoor staircase.
The owner and photographer, Kaneda, has extensive experience in various types of photography, including wedding photos and studio shoots. In addition to photography, they also offer video shooting.
Photography can be done at the atelier, as well as on-location shoots at homes or other locations.
Atmosphere of the Atelier
A space based on white is designed to beautifully capture the subject as they are. The background is intentionally unified in white, and thick curtains create an environment where natural light can be controlled.
Additionally, to allow clients to relax without worrying about time, there are no clocks in the atelier.
The equipment is also carefully selected, using LED lights for shooting instead of flash. This minimizes the chance of subjects closing their eyes due to brightness, allowing both photos and videos to capture a natural atmosphere.

The names of the plans reflect Kaneda's thoughts, such as "Minori" for Shichi-Go-San, symbolizing a child's growth, and "Komorebi," which evokes the image of shooting freely in nature.
Photography can be done not only at the atelier but also on-location or at home. Pre-shoot meetings are possible, and since it operates on a completely reservation basis, the shooting can proceed at the pace of the individual or family without being rushed.
