Please tell us about the thoughts behind the name Studio Natura.

Torigoe

I named Studio Natura with the hope that it would be a place where people can temporarily let go of their roles and titles they carry in daily life and be their true selves.

I want people to spend time focusing on themselves, away from the state of acting contrary to their true feelings.

What kind of people come to the studio?

Torigoe

The age range is broad, from those in their late 30s to those in their 70s, but many people have the desire to change their past selves.

Rather than accumulating things like in their teens or twenties, many seem to want to let go of what they have been carrying and live as a new version of themselves.

I feel that the desire to change their bodies is often accompanied by a wish to change their inner selves as well.

What changes do you hope people will feel through training?

Torigoe

Of course, I want them to feel changes in their bodies, but more than that, I hope they will realize that their perspectives on daily life are changing.
I aim for changes that make their entire lives gradually brighter, such as becoming more positive in their approach to work or developing new interests and desires to challenge themselves.

Tools used for training

Do you have any future plans?

Torigoe

In the future, I would like to create a community-like space in addition to personal training.

I want to create a place where people can gather casually while incorporating elements of food, such as fermented cuisine.
I hope it becomes a space where people can connect and support each other as they face their health and lives.

Finally, please give a message to the readers.

Torigoe

I hope everyone realizes that they are inherently beautiful and valuable just as they are. By stepping away from the roles they play in daily life and taking time to be who they truly wish to be, I believe they can naturally find joy.

I believe that the desire to take care of one's body leads to inner growth and enhances the overall quality of life.

Conclusion

The author is a housewife and a mother, but when I visit Studio Natura, I have time to face myself as a woman.

Torigoe's training ranges from posture correction to more intense movements. There are moments that feel tough for someone like me who is not good at exercise, but when I can do movements I couldn't do before, I feel a sense of growth and become more positive.

Studio Natura is a place where Torigoe seriously supports women aiming for their ideal selves. If you feel like you want to change but find it hard to take action, why not take a new step at Studio Natura?
