Upon opening the door, the first thing that catches your eye is the array of various drinks lined up.

Signature Menu of Bar Kanzashi
The signature menu of the shop is the Fresh Fruit Cocktails, which have been a focus since the opening. Seasonal fruits are selected each season, and a drink that maximizes the flavor of those ingredients is provided.
Another recommendation is the Homemade Ginger Ale Moscow Mule.
It is made with a secret recipe that has not changed in 17 years.
On the day of the interview, I ordered the Watermelon Salty, made with watermelon that is in season, and the Homemade Ginger Ale Moscow Mule.

Watermelon Salty is based on a cocktail called Salty Dog. Originally, it uses grapefruit juice, but this cocktail is arranged using watermelon.
When you take a sip, you first feel the saltiness of the salt on the rim of the glass. Then, the sweetness of the watermelon spreads in your mouth. Perhaps because you felt the saltiness first, the sweetness of the watermelon stands out even more.
Since it uses freshly squeezed watermelon in the shop, the fresh taste was impressive.
A confident creation for ginger lovers, Homemade Ginger Ale Moscow Mule
The Homemade Ginger Ale Moscow Mule has a refreshing taste with a strong spiciness of ginger.
Ginger is prepared in 1 kg units, and this drink was completed with input from regular customers, making it a confident creation for ginger lovers.
For cocktails, you can convey your preferred taste, and they will make it for you.
They can also accommodate non-alcoholic options, so even those who are not good with alcohol can enjoy it.
Revived by customer requests, Seafood White Pizza
Among the food menu, the Seafood White Pizza is popular.
It was temporarily discontinued due to Ota's pregnancy, but it was revived in April 2026.
Filled with plenty of seafood, it has a white sauce that is not too heavy and can be eaten quickly.
Another Face, Psychological Counselor
Ota holds the qualification of General Professional Psychological Counselor from the Japan Association of Psychological Professionals and conducts miniature garden therapy on weekdays.
About Miniature Garden Therapy
Miniature garden therapy is a type of psychotherapy where you place miniatures of dolls, animals, buildings, and vehicles in a box filled with sand and express freely.
From her experience listening to many customers' concerns at the bar, Ota deepened her learning in a psychological counselor training course. She was drawn to "miniature garden therapy," which she conducts before opening hours.
Based on the miniatures placed in the garden, Ota provides various prompts about how the feelings were placed and why those miniatures were chosen.
While being a bartender, Ota Yuko, the owner of Bar Kanzashi, also supports customers as a psychological counselor. We interviewed her about the motivation and thoughts behind starting the shop.
